Account Information
- On-line orders will receive a BREWSTER REFERENCE NUMBER and ORDER CONFIRMATION via e-mail within a few minutes.
- ORDERS PLACED after 8:00 PM EST will receive a Brewster Wallcovering order confirmation e-mail by 8:00 AM EST the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will receive a Brewster Wallcovering order confirmation e-mail by 8:00 AM EST Monday.
- Accounts must be activated for DROP SHIP ability. To activate account for DROP SHIP to Account Maintenance
- To change your ACCOUNT PASSWORD online, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
- To modify ACCOUNT INFORMATION, contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER at 1-800-366-1700 Ext. 1
- To change E-MAIL INFORMATION, contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER at 1-800-366-1700 Ext. 1.
Cancellation Policies
- ORDERS which require CANCELLATION need to be called into the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER at 1-800-366-1700.
- BACKORDER CANCELLATIONS need to be called into the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER at 1-800-366-1700.

Shipping Policies
- WILL CALL orders are to be claimed at our warehouse within two weeks from ordered date.
- If an item is not available at your local warehouse for WILL CALL, but is available at another one our warehouses, it will automatically ship to your store via UPS
- Multi-line WILL CALL orders from separate warehouse locations will automatically shipped UPS gound. A separate order must be placed to select another shipping method for a specific line item.
- FREIGHT CHARGES are calculated when order is scanned and shipped from our warehouses and are not available at the time of online ordering.
- For AIR SHIPMENTS after 1:00 pm EST contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER at 1-800-366-1700.
- NEXT DAY AIR and SECOND DAY AIR cannot guarantee these services if your order is placed after 1:00 PM EST.
